Story Bug

I can't able to play a story, it always shows hanged black screen. I tried restarting it multiple time but didn't work also tried to repair the client. It didn't work, so I reinstall the game and still it is not working. So kindly please help.

Might be a widespread issue. I play on iPhone and it’s not working either. One of my guild teammates said they restarted the game (close and reopen eulogy) repeatedly and it eventually worked 🤷

Nope, I tried that too, but it is always showing the same thing. After some time, the skip button started working while the screen is still black, so I just skipped it and completed the battle part and then tried again to play but still didn't work.

Also, the chapter ahead of this is showing same issue

I got the same issue today, the story didn't play and i need to wait a minute for the skip button to work. I try to clean the game cache, but it still didn't work.

I skipped two chapters, but the next chapter again doesn't work. Is it same for you ?

Pgr customer supports sucks ngl, I even messaged them on Twitter but still no reply.

Yes, I just try the next chapter. I test it on the codex too but the result still same.
