I did some pulls last night on the Arrival Construct banner and it says I researched 3/60 when it's suppose to be 50/60, I spent a bunch of money to attempt to secure the banner unit only to see its back down to 3/60 without getting my S rank guaranteed. I would like some assistance or someone to speak with this please.
