Well personally, I just want all my game to run on Steam. But I have to admit, it would come with certain benefits for the game. For example, the game will be brought a bit closer to the mainstream; players can open Community hub for quick discussions, information easily without booting and browsing on another app; player won't have to deal with the launcher anymore, downloading process could be quicker; more options for payment method. Another gacha game that I play has been added to Steam a few month ago is Reverse 1999 and the benefits I listed above was applied for it as well, and I feel really content especially the launcher part because if it's broken, you pretty much have to reinstall the entire thing. So I really hope PGR will consider this option, it could enhance user experience for the players.
#Please add the game to Steam

fr bro like wtf are they waiting for ?
god they should add it on steam like Wuthering waves
They need to add more localization first before release PGR on steam.
This will allow for the arrival of new players. Because we must not forget that many people have abandoned the game due to the lack of translations corresponding to their language. (Yes, not everyone will be fluent in English in 2024, unfortunately).
And honestly I hope that's in their plan after we're on par with the CN server.
steam take 30 percent of revenue
They should setup an online store with bonus
to counteact that and still have the game of steam
just like supercell do
invalid statement
since google play and app store just do the same
You cannot compete with app store and play store
But having your own launcher is quite common on pc
wuwa will benefit more with new player. Where pgr will lose if old,(spending) player switch to steam.
sorry to deceive but they infact have a website
but wdym u can't compete?
like google play and app store get the exact same 30%
what it is any different for steam ?
99.9% Percent of downoloads on mobile is their dédicated app store
Apple youll need to havr a computer in the states a reinstall the gamr every 7 days if you want to bypass apple store
Steam well. Oh it isnt on steam let me downoload the launcher
Id even rather have the game not on steam
i hate steam running in the backround for none
and let the developper get their money
bruh your point doesn't make any sense
we want the game on steam period
how will that affect their revenue?
it's not because u hate steam that everyone should go along with u smh
and also don't act u know any shite on how their earn their money bruh
u fcking know nothing
Now your playing the game anyway on pc
youll switch to steam and most people will and then they will lose 30% of revenue
Out of slight convenience
Oh right money spawn out of thin air
what revenu are u even talking about?
I took the example of play store and app store
aren't they losing 30% as well ?
like u don't know anything and u acting like a kuro game staff smh
bruh I'm just wasting my time
Alright
How do you upload app on ios other than app store
tell me
This is like the worst argument ever. Because they will lose the whole ios market place. Where ur bitching out about downoloading a launcher
No one sideloads on ios
bruh dumb af
we asking for pgr on steam, what with all this ?
u don't even seem to understand what u typing
yeah wtv cuh
I'm not against PGR on steam, however, I am against having another application running in the background. For lower end PCs like mine having the steam app open along with PGR would just be an unnecessary exertion on my memory by having Steam's browser in the tray, and I need to consider that having it, OBS and Discord open simultaneously would kill my memory. My only real argument.
just close steam after launching the game smh
I'm pretty sure closing the steam app also closes the game you're playing as well, unless there's some setting that allows to close Steam app without closing the game, that doesn't work
Need this
and console... 👉👈
It doesn't, i always close steam before my game loads up, everyone i know does it aswell, no problems
With Warframe in particular, and some others, closing the Steam launcher also closes the whole game, and I mean not closing it and it goes in the drawer, I mean closing it entriely
No problems for me, i just loaded up warframe and quit steam, currently looking at the game menu
Might be a Problem with your settings? Not sure, i thought everyone could do that to be honest
Could be some setting for me, but I fished around in the settings, guess it doesn't work the same for me
Do you close steam on exit on the system tray
One close the game the other doesnt
System tray exit kill every single steam game. They cant run without it
alright, the problem with Steam dragging down your game performance is mostly because of Steam overlay, which basically links the app with Steam, allows you to open Steam in-game and purchase item etc.
To turn this off, just go to your game library page > settings > general > enable Steam Overlay.
If you're talking about Steam as service/application that gnawls away your PC resources then I gotta say that it only takes like 25MB of your RAM. Steam would take more if you're on a store page with trailer playing or live stream at a corner. But at your library page or with its window closed? It's like nothing.
You obviously gotta be running on a better system than I, I'm running Steam off a 8GB RAM laptop and the background cost is more than 25MB I'll tell you that much.
Now I'm waiting for your "ohhh that explains everything" neuron to fire off, because running Steam games especially if I wanna use OBS alongside it, doesn't really destroy my resources, but it takes a very large amount.
In the case of PGR, though, it's one of the lightest games ever, and doesn't need an extra Steam launcher imo. Runs just fine without Steam integration. So I on the whole just don't think it's necessary.
the base is indeed 25MB, but it's that Webhelper that's snatching unnecessary resources
Then just don't use the steam version...
No way, totally didn't come to that same conclusion myself, what earth shattering wisdom. Pfft
Bump!!!
