Missing Black Card from Monthly Pass A?

Description: I purchased the Black Card Monthly Pass A x1 (Monthly Pass tab) and Black Card Monthly Pass A x 2 (Supply Pack tab). I also did the exact same with Weapon Monthly Pass Supply and Serum Monthly Pass. I don’t have a picture of the “Claim all” reward, but when I went back to the history of the Mail and counted up all the reward expired in 4 Week (s), I am indeed missing the extra Black Card from 1 of the Monthly Pass A.
Yesterday was a new week, so I should expect 2 days worth of the reward (expire in 4 Week(s)).
In my Mailbox, I see:
Based on 2 day worth of reward:
6 Instance of Final Crown reward *Expected
6 Instance of Weapon Monthly Pass reward *Expected
6 Instance of Serum Monthly Pass reward *Expected
*4 Instance of Black Card Monthly Pass A Unexpected (should be 6 total)
Total Mail in Mailbox that expired in 4 weeks (s) = 22 mails
It is missing the 2 mail from the Black Card Monthly Pass.
I am not sure when the bug started, and I may have deleted some of my older mail already. I only realized there an issue today when I took a closer look at the reward I received when I clicked “Claim all”. I can take a picture of the “Claim all” reward tomorrow if you want. Just want to get this out here as soon as possible.
