I think the Guide System can be improved where players can only become MI (Military Instructor) when reaching a certain hard requirements like:
Example Requirements
*Level 120, Hero Warzone ONCE, Top 10% in Ultimate Pain Cage ONCE
Clear Norman Abyssal Mountain Mine ONCE, Clear Stronghold 21, Clear Sequence Pact *
With this new requirements people that become MIs are guaranteed to be a Good MI that knows the game and can guide new players or returnees (not graduated) easily.
MIs should have more students (6-12) or they can have the ability to upgrade how many students (3, 6, 9, 12) they can handle by getting a new currency from the students missions (that is custom made by the MI or just use the Old Missions).
Students can only graduate by fulfilling the conditions that are challenging like:
Example Conditions:
*Level 80, Maintain Elite 4 times or be Leader 1 time in Warzone, Top 30% - 50% in Advanced Pain Cage ONCE
Clearing Stronghold 5-3, Clear Norman Regular Bollie Mine, Clear Border Pact *
With this challenging achievements, graduation will become more of an accomplishment rather than just a boundary to move on to the next part.
The Rewards must be good for both MIs and Students since the conditions are much more challenging to complete:
Example Rewards:
MIs = Standard Tickets, Target Weapon Tickets, Harmony Materials, Hypertune Materials and etc.
Students = Standard Tickets, 6 Memory Shards, 5* Weapon Shards, Character Materials, Weapon Materials, Leap Materials, and etc.*
Current Guide System
- You can Graduate at Level 80 with no Account Progression through the Guide Missions or not knowing the mechanics fully
- Level 80 means that you are forced to join in the Endgame where Veteran or Seasoned Players are
New Guide System
- Prevents not prepared players from Graduating and not going in the Endgame
- Cooperation will be more relevant since the rewards are good
- More Active Guide System
