Hello everyone,

I want to talk about something that’s been bothering me about the game lately. It feels like there’s no real development happening. The events feel repetitive, offering nothing truly fresh or exciting. Even when there are slight variations, like new enemy groups or map designs (e.g., Cursed Wave), it still feels like the same formula.

The real issue for me is the storytelling. The story itself is amazing, but the way it’s presented is outdated and uninspired. The narration style, dialogue screens, and overall presentation haven’t changed since the game launched. Considering how long it’s been, this lack of evolution is frustrating.

Take games like Genshin Impact, for example. They engage players with dynamic storytelling, animated dialogues, and immersive experiences that make you feel part of the game. Imagine if PGR adopted a similar approach—animated scenes for key story moments or reimagined dialogues with expressive visuals. For instance, chapters like Lucia’s or Lee’s could feel so much more alive with updated presentation methods.

I understand it would be a big effort to make such changes, but this game has been around for years. It deserves this level of care. The community often focuses on jokes or superficial topics, but I believe we should bring constructive feedback to the developers.

Let’s push for better storytelling and presentation in PGR. We all love this game, and with some innovation, it could reach its full potential. I hope we can work together to spread this idea and ensure the game remains exciting for both veteran and new players.

Let’s aim for meaningful development, not just recycled content. PGR is a fantastic game, and I want to see it thrive.

ngl it's like my first time seeing such a detailed but well expressed suggestion

#

I really felt how much u care about the game

#

pgr presentation and game design has always been discutable in the community

#

some just play for game modes like ppc and wz and never touch the story (like me)

#

and this is the player base kuro decided to focus on to develop their game

#

so yeah overall the game is repetitive and boring thanks to the community, people like u who care about these things can be counted with the tips of fingers

#

that's how these chinese gacha companies work, they go where the money flows

#

if someone is willing to throw $2k or so in terms of money to just keep up with the meta then PGR will be built around it

#

so yeah prolly not going to happen but who knows

#

just play ur game as it is for now

#

kuro has more things to care about for now
