random freezing mid game

check event viewer and see this

Solutions that I tried:

  • Repair client

  • Update drivers

  • Roll back drivers

  • Update BIOS

  • CLEAN install drivers (using DDU)

  • run sfc /scannow

  • scan viruses

  • no overheat and no overclock

  • installed the game in SSD

  • Specs: i7-11800h & RTX3050ti & 16GB RAM
    (have no problem with fps, the freezes are just random)
