#Issue regarding Rainbow Cards

I play the game both on android and on PC, and I am aware the game tracks RCs separatelly across platforms. The issue is that the RCs I had on them turned to 0.

Here are the steps that turned into the situation.

On PC client I had 13 RCs and I browsed TopUp since my Pass A had expired and I wish to renew.
Once I clicked on the "buy pass", instead of getting the "insufficient RCs" message, I got a message regarding platform funds, also mentioning a value increase from 13 to 43 (or 41, I don't exactly recall) and something about a transfer, I believe. I clicked OK, and the RCs on PC turned to 0.
At this moment, since both on mobile and on PC is the same account, I figured the 13 RCs from PC were transfered to mobile.
Once I exited the PC client and booted the mobile, it also showed 0 RCs.
I have no clue where those 13 RCs went, and the pass is expired.
I'd like to have this resolved as soon as possible, and thank you for your time.

UPDATE: I logged back on the PC client after the server "reset" and the 13 RCs are back. I have no clue what this was about, but I can consider the problem "solved".
