this happened a few times during clash reflection today, notably against fu shen and lillith. if you try to skip cutscene too fast the button will not work and you have to watch the whole thing. not only that, but you get stuck on a black screen after watching it.
had to restart my client a few times and not press skip too quickly in order for things to proceed normally.
