Guild Expedition Bug

already select level 2 yesterday but the game just put my guild on level 1, server = asia pasific. Guild = Supernova

This usually happened when the guild master was late at selecting the difficulty so the game automatically directed you to 1st difficulty. This happened a lot during past guild expeditions as well

kuro fixed the bug with 10mb patch

but didn't give us compensation

this is seasonal event

i'm a day 1 player

Try to DM their customer support if you want compensation then?

I mean i'm not sure it's a bug itself because you are the only one who encountered this and other guilds should've encountered the same issues if it's really a bug.

There are no bug reports regarding this issue from other guilds so

Also the 10mb patch wasn't for guild expedition fix but for this
