Unable to cash in game

I cashed some rainbow card into the game but the amount didn't update, i cashed it on an android

Make sure you open your rc shop on android. Pgr only has separate rc system so it won't show up if you recharged your rc on android but you opened it on pc/ios

If it still doesn't show up, Provide your uid , nickname, region, what device on you topped up in, and the purchase receipt and send it to pgr customer supp on discord (megumi_babylonia or aurora)
