As of Alisa Echo update, the Mouse Sensitivity slider gets reset back to default (middle) every time you launch the game.
I checked inside Registry Editor, and the values there change when you change the slider in game, and they stay at the same value when you relaunch the game even though it reset to default in game. So the game is ignoring that Registry value on launch.
