Because uniframes are designed in such a way that if they go mainstream, they are stronger than a ranks, and can replace certain characters or could take place in meta
At least this is what happened until more new s ranks were released
But by then uniframes were out of commission
Afaik, s+ tempest is still used in ppc sometimes cuz of how quick she is
Its better for kuro to spend their time on proper s ranks tbh

They're better than A ranks but worse than S ranks in whatever content but guild in CN since their content was pretty much deleted and forgotten
Would you really spend bc for an increase over A ranks, while being worse then their S Omniframe counterpart?
Even if you say yes to the question, the ONLY feature that makes them functionally different from omniframes is locked behind very expensive materials, making them a waste of bc AND resources
