I seem to have a problem with not having the birthday backgrounds unlucked inside the gallery, even tho I have the birthday presents from that event in my inventory, the minifrog pendant, the sweet fruit pie and the sidekick. Any solution for this?

I think they are referring to your birthday? Perhaps do you have this collectible?
you unlock the phase two after unlocking the phase 1 and basically waiting for your birthday to come once again

I do have it. Well I did find out that the update for the first unlock was on 1st of March, which my Birthday was 28th of February. How perfect, but still the game has been runnin for over 2 years now and the birthday event for me was 1 and a half months ago, so either way the first one should have been unlocked then.

My only guess is that you weren't online on your birthday
