#Gameplay help seems more like General chat 2.0

There have been several instances where questions go unanswered while some random unrelated chit chat is going on the gameplay help channel. It'd make it difficult for people who want to help not able to see as it just moves up.

I understand that the conversation may sidetrack while responding to a question but the current situation certainly doesn't reflect that.

Sounds to me like the mods be lackin or just don't care enough what happens in there

The state of gameplay help is a travesty, its laughable that you non ironically will get more helpful answers from gen chat than gameplay help

it's almost a meme that gen-chat believes gameplay help is a real resource, honestly speaking, I've gotten more help from random people joining my voice chats.

If you feel like you are not being helped in gameplay-help due to the chat being off-topic and nobody is responding to you, please feel free to message a moderator for further assistance.

That is quite normal since people have a question and that became a conversation and got derailed, the gen-channel don't have that and became desolate of people with no topic to discus, on standby 24/7 and sometimes off topic post appear unless there is a big new

something i noticed happen alot is that sometime you'll ask a question and there is actual advice being given on the channel, but no one seem to give a shit about your specific question

#

which is fine, but now 2 minute have pass and your question is now on top of the moutain and likely will never be seen again
you could also just ask again, but now its awkward and most probably doesnt want to spam a channel until they get help

#

maybe this thread format would work better for gameplay help

#

let new player scroll around and they might encounter question already answered
long conversation can happened without it overtaking the other question

#

and its easier to spot question

Really all you have to do is just respond to your questions with a "?" To bring it down, it's usually noticed by then
