No Voiceover in "Lost in Whitebloom"

Going by the speaker icons next to the dialogue it seems it should be voiced, but isn't
I'm on the PC client and I have the voice setting to japanese

There is no voiced dialogue for this in either Japanese or in English, it was only ever dubbed in Chinese.

Just like Liv's Dream Catcher.
