Before, it ran at 120 FPS, but now it offers options for FPS: Low, Mid, High! I got mine from the PGR website using the PC client. Also ESC button not working if i want to quit the game.

The 3 FPS options available lock framerate to 30/45/60 fps now, so just like in mobile versions iirc. This indeed seems like a change made by Kuro, however there are people saying they still have 120fps on PC. Weird. Hope they adress this issue soon.
