Ever since I updated the game I been experiencing this visual bug it's only happening in PPC and the farming event but in simulated trial it's completely normal

Ever since I updated the game I been experiencing this visual bug it's only happening in PPC and the farming event but in simulated trial it's completely normal
Tried lowering it to recommended settings which are all on high but it's still there I even put the game to smooth but that didn't fixed it either
