Allow players to choose what language each character uses

This is something I would very much like to see in the game and have put into the survey responses since we first got the English dub. There is audio mixing issues with a few of the characters, and others do not sound natural because of frequent pauses in lines and the such when it would not make sense to have that. Hopefully we get this added into the game one day.
