#PC Client - Failed to Download Game Resources

Chronologically,

  1. At the start my game went blank dark screen when it is supposed to be checking game files.
  2. Reinstalled the game.
  3. NEW PROBLEM OCCURS! (1st screenshot)
  4. Tried with different internet provider, failed. Tried with a VPN, failed.

Any solution?
