Cannot progress in New Balter Story

Chose the control tower in the.. 5th? Stage in the new Mainstory, it controlled a fish corrupted, now im stuck here with "Defeat Hetero-Creatures." but I cannot attack the fish

Just keeps going invisible with nothing for me left to do
