QTE-Button for Empyrea mission missing.

So in the final fight of Surviving Lucem there is supposed to have a QTE button for Liv Empyrea to purge the orb-lock effect from the boss right?

Except that I've never got said button, I just had to watch the boss kill me everytime I got all orbs-locked, I thought that was strange, so only after watching other people playing it I've noticed the missing button that I've never got, then I tried it multiple times but the button never appears for me.

I've already tried resetting all my settings in game, changing resolutions, reinstalling the game but to no avail, the button never appears for me.

So, does anyone knows how to fix this? Playing on Global PC client.

I've had the same issue since the Noan patch dropped, or a hotfix from a day or two after it did—so you're not alone in this issue. Reported it as well almost 2 weeks back but no updates or anything lol.

I haven't found any way to fix it for the PC client, and still don't know if it's also an issue on mobile or isolated to PC
