Story mode; Cannot close tips page on PGR PC

1. Time of Encountering Bug: 8:30 GMT+8

3. Bug Location: Story - Ch 12; 12-24 and Ch 11; 11-11
4. Bug Description:

There's an annoying tip page that blocks the game. It can't be closed due to the mouse cursor being hidden. Pressing escape doesn't close it either.
