Add no HUD mode on Global PC Client

Adding a no HUD mode just like in CN PC client can really help and show off skills in beating bosses without being able too see the UI (enemy health, unit health, orbs, dodge gauge, etc.)

Since there are clips on video-sharing platforms that crops out part of the screen to imitate a no-HUD, this also helps said content creators

For now, I think you can just make those buttons transparent in UI settings. I did that to the joystick, attack, dodge & target buttons.
