First of all, I haven't been on the server that long and I'm also the kind of person who reads through the chats and picks up a few things and learns from them, but I have to admit that the #📨・meta-help channel in PGR compared to many other help channels from other games (be it gacha games or sometimes much larger games) very often contains very toxicty and I also see many mods that either do nothing about it or simply ignore it.
Before someone comes and says that the chat gives meta-answers etc. yes, that can very well be, but that is and should never be a reason to attack someone, put them down or even indirectly insult them.
I could show more examples if needed, but you'd have to be in the chat for 30 minutes yourself to see people being snapped at, downright put down, or indirectly insulted someone.
That shouldn't be the case in my opinion. That takes the fun away from many, many dare to ask fewer questions and so many mistakes can actually happen at the end and I think I can speak for the majority here that you don't want more players to stop playing and new players to stop playing uninstall directly when being treated like that because of some questions.
I'm not asking that you give each person a warning or anything else, it's enough if the mods make it clear that it's not okay if you joke about others or put them down or indirectly insult them.
Of course it's okay to joke sometimes, even knowing that it's obviously not meant to be taken seriously, but you'd be lying to yourself if you think most of it isn't being taken seriously by many.
