Can't believe I didn't get my weekly 1000 BCs only because I simply forgot to claim them. Didn't know they would simply disappear with the refresh, without even a reminder to claim them. Kuro, please, add an auto-claim system for the eventuality that a player forget or can't claim their HARDLY OBTAINED BCs! I now feel like put the game aside for indefinite amount of time, this is ridicolous.

Are you sure they didn't come to the mailbox? It seems that the uncollected rewards are always sent there.
Although the only awards I forgot to pick up were for co-op. I have no such experience with weekly, I finish them all on Thursday, so I have time to pick them up.

I was on vacation so I had to rush the missions on Sunday, but for some reasons I forgot to claim the BCs, and in the mailbox there is no message about it. I already sent email to the support hoping to get help

They don't. I've had this happen with the battle pass. I thought we had another week but we didn't, and I'm not sure if I never got a "battle pass expiring" mail or if i just deleted it by accident so i lost half the rewards

I am pushing some requests to Kuro to add the auto-claim feature, like they did with the battle pass experience, for the more important rewards like BCs first of all.

only for the bp experience though... if you forget to claim bp rewards you don't get them
