tried this like 5 times, can't progress the event

here is video proof of it, same thing keeps happening over and over

tried the 2 other terminals but they require you to go through the first one and that one crashes the game completely

can't even exit it's a straight up hard lock

i am fairly new to the game and only really came back cause i wanted scire, but can't progress her event to get the black cards
