Tbh Rosetta's frame still holds its grounds and I love playing her through the main story - maybe that's what makes me a bit biased towards her.

This one is kind of tough, because although I agree, I think we also have to be realistic.
There's already a lot of things they're trying to do, and with the limited character releases, you can only do so much at a time.
For example, we hadn't gotten A Ranks for a while, and recently we've finally started getting them again. A Ranks, while making the game better and more accessible to F2P, don't make NEARLY as much money for Kuro.
Not only that, but even the quality of the characters went up immensely, so to take time to make A Ranks look and feel good, while knowing it's not a huge return on investment, is really quite nice of them.
People want old characters getting new frames, but people also want new characters getting new frames.
It's good to want, but it's also good to be appreciative of what we have already gotten, and the fact that there's multiple contradicting desires from players, there's only so much they can do per character release.
In the end, I agree with most of them, although I'd argue Rosetta is low priority because of her leap in comparison to the others, and as someone mentioned Kamui could use a new S, as his release was earlier than Rosetta's. Still would like her to get one, but that's a long list.
I'm happy with the way things seem to be going, with the quality and characters chosen, so if they have a new character or an old character who hasn't gotten one in a bit I'm good, don't want to pressure them too much.

Wanshi's honestly good, he performs decently, has unique gameplay and a niche, so while I wouldn't mind more of him, I don't feel the lack here.
Sophia needs a leap more than a new frame imo. Her current one handles nicely, has a distinct style and Kuro has just fixed her ded look, too - all it really needs is either be a better QTE support or a better subdps. Since she gets off-field energy regen and a lot of her skills suggest swapping to her, it really comes down to making her worth switching to at least briefly vs someone like leap Palefire at same invest

I'm pretty happy with Rosetta as she is, as for Changyu, that one I agree could do with a new frame, because his current one is in an awkward spot where fixing its primary issue would crowd out Chrome Glory in future patches, but not fixing it makes him a dead end choice that only people who plan to perma-skip Glory go for, so there's no good solution here.
Also, speaking of forgotten ones, Bridget's been around as long as Changyu, but she has zero frames to his one, so that's even worse

yeah, but they can't do it without undercutting Glory, it'd be like XXI vs Scire except Scire has no SS3 and her SS is just %damage. And his kit is sustained damage rather than burst, so buffing that on a tank would be awkward too
it's like, he has nowhere to go that isn't already occupied by someone else, unlike Sophia, hence why a new frame might be the answer

Seeing how it's basically granted for the popular ones get new frames, if we also get forgotten ones as S ranks there wouldn't be any space in meta teams for new faces; so maybe as a ranks or uniframes it would be fine ig

I imagine that was the idea, and the look part is pretty decent, but as for sound, I found what samples I've come across thoroughly off-putting, so that failed badly in my case
