#Pulling Liv(Eclipse) at Theme Event Construct (Scire) didn't increase her shards.

I pulled for 10 then got Omniframes for Lucia (Dawn) and Liv (Eclipse) which are both converted to shards.

I was able to upgrade Lucia (Dawn) SSS almost to SSS+ but looking at Liv (Eclipse) SS Rank there is no option to activate at all (evolve) and there is no small blue orb right next to her pfp
