the cutscenes and character birthday videos need to be dubbed as well, the in mission dailogue is cool but the fact that the cutscenes are still in jp dub makes it sound out of place.

when you consider the fact that this global server is made up of mostly english speakers it's very weird that you only have a version of the birthday videos and cutscenes that use jp dub, so if you were to implement this for the cutscenes you need to make a selector in the options to switch the story language to english

agreed, this has been a longstanding issue for enjoyers of all dubs not including JP...it's rather jarring to have set CN or EN dub only to hear JP in cutscenes 
the birthday videos are probably a lost cause unfortunately, since they're usually pretty long...but I really hope Kuro implements the cutscene voice change sooner rather than later. There have been multiple threads here asking for what is essentially the same thing, and I've contacted CS about it, and there is still no info about it

yes it is, for every person u think that does i know one that doesnt. Just because u and one of your friend do care about it u cant possibly think that everyone does. I personally didnt read the story ever since luna cuz it was too much and play daily.

It certainly isnt just me and my one friend. I understand that a lot of people might not play it, but I find it hard to believe that "most" don't play. Especially since I often see people discuss the story in the subreddit and discord.
