Yeah, on event stages that only appears when you hit Authority Level 25. The auto clear button was the upgrade/replacement of having to speak to the NPC in combat.

Come to think of it, I kinda did indeed have the autoclear button quite early, I don't think i needed to grind all the way to lvl25, i dont even recall grinding at all for the button to appear. Probably more of you clear it once manually and you get the auto clear button straight up

yeah, that's what it's supposed to be
you only have to clear once to unlock autoclear, it saves a lot of time
25 is the enter stage autoclear
this one is the "you don't even need to enter stage" autoclear
