#Kuro Ask Apple to enable more RAM resources on iOS

There is an auto limit devs can bypass upon request.

Apple auto-limit caps how much RAM an app can use, even when it’s less than half of the total. RAM access can be expanded if Kuro requests it.

Devs were only recently given the ability to request more RAM access. Kuro may be unaware of this.

Also wanted to point out that PGR seems to lag much much after recent PGR updates (not iOS updates) on both my iPhone and iPad.

AppleInsider

Beta versions of iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 now give developers the option of requesting more RAM than the current 5GB maximum per app, with limitations.

Kuro can / should ask Apple to enable allocation of more RAM resources on PGR iOS

Another reason to stay away from that brand.

Apple makes up a very large if not majority market share of the mobile audience and the build quality of the hardware is standardized (1st party hardware only); build quality of some android phones is subpar due to more flexibile standards (any third party can sell an android phone)

Apple sucks, but iOS is what I have. Wouldn’t have it any other way.
