If you die with Nanami: Starfarer, there's a chance it will bug subsequent constructs, negating you from getting any signal orbs.
There's also a chance to come with a camera bug (couldn't capture) where your Point of View is above the current construct (probably replicating Starfarer's high camera due to the mech).
