I have noticed these issues happening over the past 2 days:

When logging in, PC client would randomly report broken chrome plugins, I have to restart chrome if this happens

PC client would randomly show loading icon on bottom right, and at the same time, my twitch stream would stop playing, showing loading as well (but internet still works normally). It's as if my internet got interrupted, but chat still works, my other games still stay connected
These issue didn't happen over the first few days before global release, a recent patch broke it for me
