#rainbow card not sync properly between mobile app and pc client

I wonder why the RC in my pc client showed as 0 although i still some RC in my account which showed correctly in my mobile app

They addressed this issue in the e-mails for the last beta test of the pc client. They seem to have forgotten to mention it for everyone during the official release.
"In-game purchases will be enabled on the PC client. However, same as the rules on iOS and Android clients, you can't spend Rainbow Cards purchased on other platforms."
