Launcher stuck on checking files and starting the game ends up in black screen

dunno what happenedm worked since pre-global release, even yesterday, now i'm trying to start the game and it doesn't work

this blackscreen because launcher still had bug on patching game
on installation path
(C:\KuroGame_haru\Punishing Gray Raven)
Run by Administrator "PGR.exe"
game required update, just press update button
and wait game finish update it will work again.

Try run on compatibility mode and administrator

it didn’t work, its rng kinda..
i just start the launcher and let it run for few mins then start the game
