Exactly as state in the title. Tried to open the game and got stuck on this screen indefinitely. Note that I install the game on my HDD, but even then it shouldn't be stuck for this long. I'll try reinstalling the game on my SSD to see if it helps.

Reinstalled the game, still stuck on the same screen. So I'll leave my PC specs below.
