#Add Ultrawide Support To PC

Black bars? That's a step further than I got, how do you do that? I cannot select fullscreen as the resolution is not there in the selection, so I'm forced to stay on windowed.
I used Alt+Enter to force it into Fullscreen
oh thank you that's so smart, it would be under the taskbar otherwise at my highest possible res (I will take this over UW emulator)
Try the program called "Borderless Gaming"?
I mean, it's extra steps, but it works.
Thank it worked Perfectly!
Wow that's incredible... +1 thank you so much.
I like how the settings changed here, interesting (why is that button not there all along and we have to select the res?)
There's also another "scuffed" method to get ultrawide
You can enable DLDSR from the Nvidia control panel either 1.78x or 2.25x, while the game is running have borderless option ticked. Go to Nvidia control panel then change the resolution to either the 1.78x or 2.25x one.
This is on DLDSR 2.25x (3840 x 1620)
Some of the UI is cropped but thankfully nothing is being stretched
Same with the other method yeah, you can't adjust the UI to the right but It's the best we can get at the moment
Game really needs ultrawide + 4k support, game looks great
Low res textures don't bother me as much when everything is nice and sharp
#📨・tech-support message Another way, seems to not offer any advantage over the others as usual, but you can do this without any 3rd party sw
- Still need this
- Fixed ui size, maximum 16:9 for dialogs
- proper support for 32:9 or higher monitors, allow the monitor settings to be used from the system
- limit aspect ratio for images in dialogs background (it is possible to add blur effects similar to Horizon Zero Dawn, like extending edges of the image and blurring them)
I don't think it can give any advantage in the game for players you still need to have skill for hard stages.
But it can completely improve quality of the game without changing anything, ui for menus seems to work fine just now.
If any help reqired, I can give feedback, whatever it posible from my side. I'm using samsung odyssey g9 32:9 (5120x1440).
