#Wishing Target Banner shouldn't force you to choose a construct immediately when you click on it

Title. Clicking into the wishing banner forces you to choose your rate up construct immediately. You can back out of this, but it takes you out of the R&D menu. When you click back in, you are taken directly back to the wishing banner and have to select a construct to move off of it. This essentially forces a player to use their single choice immediately, or locks them out of the R&D screen.

Either let players cancel and navigate to other banners, or a better option is allow them to change their rate up target until they pull, at which point it becomes locked in.

wdym?

cuz if you mean like the targeting in banners, you can change it at anytime.

You do know there's a random construct selector too at the top most right in case of standard banner?
Not to mention if you haven't decided on which construct you want to pick, you can try out the character in Celica's class and then go for gacha. All characters are unlocked for you to test out anyway since this recent patch.
And you can change the rate up character at any point during your pulls so I see zero problem there.

oh, they prolly meant this one

the two temporary banner

op that came is literally so you can get a char you want but haven't been able to get, that's why you can only pick once but i agree that is annoying

you can't change your selected char in this banner, once you set it, that's it

and OP has a solid point
what if you are at 59 rolls on basic banner and want to finish that one before you go for this wishing banner?
if you clicked on the wishing banner (accidentally or not), you must select the char there, otherwise you can't do any pulls on any banner, even if you exit and re-enter the banner menu, which is a huge overlook on this banner design

they should have only lock the character select once you actually pull on the banner, not before

edit: apparently, restarting the game enables us to use the banner menu again
but still an annoying thing that could have been avoided by locking only after a pull

And to be fair I had never pulled on this type of banner so I wouldn't known anyway.
