4.The 4pc effect description says "The next dodge reduces the attacker's speed by 20% and extra DMG Reduction by 15% for 4s. 8s cooldown." The use of "attacker's" in this sentence, makes you think the memory's user is getting this debuff, when, in fact, this is a debuff for the attacked enemy.
