First of all and for context, I'm using an Xbox One Controller
I was checking the controls in the new version and I noticed that some of the icons are wrong

It shows this instead of LT + (button) when I'm setting it up
Same for RT
This also seems to interfere with this
Quit and Confirm work but Back button doesn't as far as I noticed in the main menu
The fact that you cannot change the controls for both Video and System might also be an issue
Wrong Icon for Controller and Some other issues
The Special Interaction and Interact buttons don't seem to work for the hook interaction in EX03-1

Special QTEs like the one in EX02-16 seem to work with a controller but it doesn't display which button you need to press

I checked in all the menus I could think of, the **Back **button doesn't work at all only the Confirm one
- It doesn't let me back of the Pause menu
- If I press Skip during the Story part, it doesn't let go Back on that and I can only Confirm
- If I press Quit, it doesn't work and I can only Confirm
