Even though I am level 100 and I have went through all the story chapters but the last one, the new Boss and Elite Stages don't have their bars show up.

Even though I am level 100 and I have went through all the story chapters but the last one, the new Boss and Elite Stages don't have their bars show up.
So i have no way to play them for their Black Cards.
