When I do a normal 3ping, the drone appears. But when Liv core is activated and I do a 3ping, the drone doesnt appear.
Normal 3 ping record. The drone appears and the target get marked.
3 ping with core. The drone doesn't appears and didn't get the mark.

Darwin 2 Piece Set:
For every orb pinged, Extra DMG Bonus increases by 3% for 4s. Can be stacked up to 5 times. Duration resets every time it is triggered.
Elizabeth 4 Piece Set:

Darwin and Elizabeth has thesame condition for their memory 2/4p effect to apply. Therefore we can say that if Darwin's 2p effect works upon a 3ping during core of Empyrea, Elizabeth 4p effect should also work upon a 3ping during core of Empyrea.

I used one elizabeth and one darwin on the first video to apply thesame attack variable on the second video but removing the 2p darwin effect. It just so happens that Elizabeth has thesame attack as Darwin.
I used two Darwin on the second video to of course activate the 2p effect.
Results:
Darwin/Darwin build has higher damage than Elizabeth/Darwin despite having thesame attack gain from the two builds. Why? Because Darwin/Darwin 2p effect was activated. And yet, Elizabeth 4p effect doesn't activate (as shown on the second video sent by @jovial trout), even though they have thesame condition of activation.
