it's not without merit since Hoyo has a lot of kickass designs aesthetically while badly needing a kick in the pants in terms of kit design and combat experience, and I can easily see multiple expies working. It just won't happen due to lack of motivation on either side

I'm not familiar with Blue Archive, but a proper railgun chara would be nice cause Hyperreal doesn't scratch that itch for me at all. Veritas has the right feel and Rigor - the right aesthetics, but both together are yet to be met

Both playable units are robotic.
GFL got playable bosses wielding lasers, scythes, swords, piloting mechs Starfarer style, others riding around on bikes.
An enemy faction uses Nytos that are basically WW3 orphans irradiated from the nukes, brainwashed and then got their minds digitized and placed inside cloned human bodies that are cybernetically enhanced. ||Selena is that you?|| Isn't that basically a construct ? 
Normal playable units are all gun based (Except one that has an exoskeleton with jetpack and has a laser sword that shoots sword waves) so they can use guns like hyperreal or Palefire.
Some playable bosses however have wide variety of weapons as stated above so they can easily fit in with differnet weapon archetypes.

Yeah, as others have said PGR and Genshin Impact are very different games, they don't have many themes in common and it'll be too jarring to try and make them work together.
