I know it may take some storage space but voice acting definitely adds a better experience while reading. You can feel any kinds of scenario on a new level, I remember I got goosebumps with Qu's voice acting from extra story chapter of Kowloong.

Voice over on the story may entertained the newbies as well. In order to keep them from continuing playing the game because some of the newbies just left the game without even finishing chapter 8. Their reason is "it's too boring"

Definitely agreed,I actually more inclined to skip on pgr, rather than fully voice acted Honkai storyline. I actually only get the gist of what happening in pgr rn...fr I don't know much anymore due to bunch of skippingDumbDawn

also make it so players are able to delete and redownload the voice dub files to minimize storage

a similar take on this concept would be in genshin and tears of themis

Agree with this [one hundred percent]. It can also alleviate the issue with the font being too small and the individual chapters being too long. If it's fully voiced, it can take away the tiredness from having to stare at the screen for a long period of time. Previous chapters/event stories voice over files can be deleted to save space.

Voice acting in story would be SOOOOO good since a lot of globruh players can't read cuz it will upgrade the experience and story immersion.

Huh... A sarcastic reply I think you're missing the context here. As of now we only have Japanese and Chinese dub. For your information not every player here can understand JP and CN so they had to read regardless.

The only experience I was talking about is the feeling of each scenario. Reading can't portray an emotion to it's fullest potential without a voice. That's why majority of people preferred watching anime or drama adaptation rather than reading comics or novels.
