Animation software issue, should be an easy fix, but idfk how

i was messing with the dockers to configure my layout, and now womething got messed up in my animation timeline
the marked sections used to be a lot skinnier, so i could see more of them on the timeline, you know? ive been fiddling, and idk what i did to make them so wide, or how to fix them. So annoying to scroll through to mark sections ect
