Update!
Curves are the answer. I have a video about it but I also wanted to give you an example. It's not perfect. I feel like I remember you asking for help about perspective a while ago, so I assume you have a perspective gird. If you break things down into Cuboids, Cylinders, and Spheres, I think you'll have an easier time following that grid to make the poses more foreshortened and visually interesting.
I think Contrapposto is the term. Basically if your torso tilts to one side then your hips will go the opposite direction to compensate. I'm not 100% sure though. I think a lot of the stiffness also comes from the arms. You don't really differentiate the shoulders from everything else. If you're able to raise your arm, you can see or feel multiple parts of your body moving.
The shoulders would be more defined as it sort of overlaps your traps. There's also the lats (back muscles) that would be a bit more visible. I assume the characters would be quite muscular so if you look at some picture of lean people with their arms raised you can see what I mean.
(Actually I found a tutorial from taco that applies.)
Here's a 30 minute video. I think even the first 10 minutes are very helpful. Hope this helps. 🫡

Your drawings feel static because you focus on muscles before movement. Jae Kwang Park explains that dynamic poses start with the core structure. He uses the 2-3-4 method to curve the torso and spine before adding any details...
Made some adjustments! Thank you! Also, can you help me with the pose of the person behind the sprinting person? BH
I can. But i'm doing some stuff rn so i'm not able to help rn sorry.
