It has been a month since I started drawing and my faces have improved a lot but now I am not making any progress and hit an art block here are some of my drawings what could I improve?

I mean for only a month of drawing these look great! But honestly improving does take time I know shocker but don't be to hard on yourself but I'd say just observing helps like references and looking at other people art to get perspective on different things as well as looking at your own art and trying to figure out what you think doesn't feel right! Also YouTube videos that go into facial structures anatomy and proportions help! As for the art block maybe you should try art trades those are fun and maybe watching some of your favorite shows could inspire you to draw. as for what you could improve on I'd just say facial structure and proportions that's all your still starting out so there's no need to burn yourself out!
