study realism. it can be boring if your not into it but it will help 1000000000%. ive seen many artists who only draw stylised art for years and never really achieve what they want, and others who study a heathy mix of realism and stylised and achieve their goals in only a few years. if realism is boring make sure to mix it in with the stuff you like to keep it interesting.
