Hi, I need help with the dress. I feel, think, and it's obvious that it's not oriented correctly (I marked it in red), but I don't know how to fix it without it losing its shape and layers. Help! A_A_sobbing

I've got you! So what I noticed is that the dress seems to be too front facing if that makes sense? For the top most skirt, I added reference lines for how you'd want the pattern to "bend". the petals need to lift a bit (refer to the purple reference lines). However, for the second skirt, it is facing very straight forward. If you look at the girl's posture, you can see that her torso is facing slightly to the left (very very slightly). But this slightly detail creates a huge impacts on the drawing because the dress has to point in the same or relative direction of her torso (because of her kind of dress). So I drew in blue where you'd want to shift the middle of the dress to, in order to make the dress look less forward facing and more flowy. ALSO, I'd like to add that the lines for the folds on the second dress are a little tricky. If you follow the yellow lines of the second reference closely, you san see that once the lines have subtle bends. In other words, I suggest you make little points at the base of her corset where you'd want the folds for her second skirt to meet. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, I suck at describing things at times XD!
